Full name of the airport is Igor Sikorsky Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany) (Ukrainian: Міжнародний аеропорт «Київ» імені Ігоря Сікорського (Жуляни)) (IATA: IEV, ICAO: UKKK) is passenger airports of the Ukrainian capital Kyiv, located in the Kyiv City. By the statistic of summer 2021, Zhuliany is the 2nd airport by traffic in Ukraine (largest one is Boryspil International Airport, in fact located 50 km from Kyiv City center). Aside from facilitating regular passenger flights, Kyiv International Airport is also the main business aviation airport in Ukraine, and one of the busiest business aviation hubs in Europe.

Creating story: Starting from idea to update and improve TedStricker's & Eugen_1975 UKKK scenery and based on my expirience creating freeware UKHH Kharkiv Airport, I finished with my single-package and no libraries needed UKKK Kyiv Zhuliany Airport scenery and Ukraine State Aviation Museum scenery with 50+ real size airplane models!

Now you can explore Ukraine flying between up-to-date handcrafted ukrainian airports UKKK Kyiv and UKHH Kharkiv (~2 hours block time).

Scenery is compatible with MSFS 2024. Also this scenery compatible with TedStricker's Kyiv City Landmarks, but using them together with my scenery caused for me shutters while approaching Kyiv and over City center. IMHO the best option to use this scenery with Kyiv landmarks taking off from UKKK in a small GA airplane, while piloting airliner and approaching UKKK with Landmarks as an unrecommended option. Any other sceneries or enchancements related to Kyiv or UKKK, except Kyiv City Landmarks, that published on flightsim.to are not compatible with this scenery so check if you deleted them from your communty folder.

Eugen_1975 gives me permit to improve the models that he converted 4 years ago. Unfortunately, TedStricker left us while fighting for Ukraine against russians. One of the banners in the scenery will give you more information about the Hero and creator and his role in aviation community.

Since there is no real civil flights over Ukraine as for now, I have created small addon with static airplanes in liveries of aviation companies that used to fly in UKKK Kyiv Zhuliany before the russian fullscale invasion in 2022. • UKKK Kyiv Zhuliany Airport scenery (this one) is the latest version (and the most realistic representation in flight simulators) of Zhuliany terminals and runway, including changes made by minir reconstruction (that were made in 2019-2021 and were not been presented In simulator yet). Major buildings have glass textures and night textures. Ground handling vehicles have Kyiv Airport logos. RW, stands, markings and lights are realistic and looks nice (as for me). Also scenery compatible with MSFS 2024 (still recommended to use it in MSFS 2020 as native).

• around 20 customly created static Airplanes (textures) located on old aprons on the airport territory, that stuck in Kyiv because of russian invasion into Ukraine in 2022. From old passanger An-24 and An-148 to more popular Boeings and Airbuses. All they stands on the same places as found on satellite images from 2025. On the Z-apron you will find 3 models of governmental Antonovs An-72, An-74 and An-26. While Kyiv Zhuliany Airport is not civil-military airport, because of its location in the Kyiv City they were often visited Kyiv airport.

• Ukraine State Aviation Museum located very close to Kyiv airport and which is in Top-20 aviation museums in the world. It includes mostly soviet airplanes and helicopters, both civilian and military. In the scenery is represented almost ALL of them like in real museum. In total it is more than 50 static models and textures that were converted to MSFS (licenses in chapter 7), upgraded and corrected. The size of each model were crosschecked. Around half of models received custom livery to looks more realistic. Near ALL models you will find an info stand about represented model taken from official museum web-site https://aviamuseum.com.ua/en/exposition. For 2024 version - to visit a museum you can use fake parking Q 99 that is located inside museum and no need to walk far away.

License note: some of 3D models were exported from X-Plane library MisterX Library and static aircraft extension 2.0c https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/28167-misterx-library-and-static-aircraft-extension/ (do not download them since they for X-Plane and not needed) to Blender and than to MSFS so thanx MisterX6 for give me permission to use his models in my scenery. Another huge part of 3D models ware downloaded from sketchfab and converted to MSFS. All licenses for models from sketchfab are also listed in pdf, attached to the scenery.
